Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using CardPager, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use CardPager. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- Inactive usernames (no login for 180 days, no page views) may be released
- You may not impersonate other people or organizations
4. Content
You own the content you create on CardPager (profile information, links, blocks). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or contain illegal, abusive, or harmful material.
5. Messages (Pager)
- Messages are sent anonymously by default
- Card owners can report inappropriate messages
- Reported messages may result in device bans
- Messages are automatically deleted after 7 days (free) or 30 days (Pro)
- CardPager does not monitor message content but may act on reports
6. Paid Plans
- Pro plan is billed monthly ($1/month) or annually ($12/year)
- Payments are processed through our payment provider
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Pro features revert to free tier at the end of the billing period
7. Account Deactivation
- You can deactivate your account at any time from Settings
- Deactivated accounts are hidden from public view
- Free accounts are permanently deleted 30 days after deactivation
- You can reactivate by logging in within 30 days
8. Limitation of Liability
CardPager is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, content posted by third parties, or service interruptions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
