1. Information We Collect
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, display name, and optional profile photo.
Content you create: Social links, custom blocks, and profile settings you add to your card.
Messages: Anonymous messages sent through the Pager feature. Messages are stored temporarily (7 days for free users, 30 days for Pro users) and then automatically deleted.
Usage data: Page views, link clicks, and pager interactions for your stats dashboard. This data is retained for 90 days.
Device fingerprints: A non-identifying hash derived from browser characteristics, used solely to enforce message rate limits and device bans for abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain your CardPager profile
- To deliver messages sent through the Pager feature
- To display stats about your card's performance
- To send email notifications (Pro users, opt-in only)
- To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate CardPager:
- Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) — database and authentication
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS, photo storage (R2), and bot protection (Turnstile)
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Resend — transactional emails
4. Data Retention
- Messages: 7 days (free) or 30 days (Pro), then auto-deleted
- Stats data: 90 days, then auto-deleted
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- Deactivated accounts: deleted after 30 days (free users)
5. Your Rights
You can:
- View and edit your profile data at any time in the dashboard
- Delete individual messages from your inbox
- Deactivate your account (hides your card from public view)
- Request full data deletion by contacting support@cardpager.com
6. Age Requirement
CardPager is not intended for users under 16 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.
